New orders: VAASTU does not offer an additional commercial warranty with new orders. Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are unaffected. Any specific warranty expressly promised before purchase will be honoured according to its original terms.
Existing Warranties on Earlier Purchases
If VAASTU previously advertised or confirmed a warranty for your purchase, we will assess your claim under the warranty terms supplied when you bought the product. This updated policy does not retrospectively remove or reduce that cover. Please provide your order number, purchase date and any warranty confirmation.
Where the original warranty provides replacement-parts-only cover, eligible replacement parts may be supplied in accordance with those terms, subject to assessment and availability. Parts requiring electrical work should be fitted by a suitably qualified repairer. If the original warranty includes labour or delivery, that cover will be honoured.
Optional Repairs and Labour Charges
Where a repair is not covered by the original warranty or your statutory rights, VAASTU may offer an optional paid repair. Labour charges start at £30, in addition to any chargeable replacement parts and courier costs. We will provide the total quotation and obtain your agreement before carrying out chargeable work. Any increase must be agreed before proceeding.
We will not charge for labour, replacement parts or necessary postage where these must be provided free of charge under applicable consumer law or the original warranty. You are not required to accept a paid repair instead of a remedy to which you are legally entitled.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact support@vaastu.co.uk as soon as possible, preferably within 15 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue.
After assessment, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns are handled separately in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Business and Trade Customers
For products purchased wholly or mainly for business, wholesale, resale or trade purposes, the applicable warranty and remedies will be governed by the agreed B2B Terms and Conditions, any written quotation or supply agreement, and applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, business customers should inspect all products promptly upon delivery and report visible damage, shortages or incorrect products to support@vaastu.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer-specific rights apply only where the purchaser is acting as a consumer.
